If you are a Seller there are 4 things that determine the sale of your property. LOCATION, CONDITION, PRICE and MARKET EXPOSURE. You can't change the location, sorry! You can improve the condition, and if you are unwilling to make necessary repairs have these costs reflected in your price. Buyers seldom are looking for a project. Price is determined by the market.
